Post-pregnancy I find it more difficult than I realized to lose the extra weight. BUT last night, I remembered that several years ago I did a “natural water detox” that I should do again. My girlfriend and I were given this by an Indian friend of ours, who said, “You are guaranteed to lose 5 pounds doing this for 1 week.” So we both did it…and we both lost 5-6 pounds each!   Pounds that did NOT come back.

So here it is. It takes a little bit of preparation, in that, you need to remember to do this first thing in the morning. The first two days it may be hard for you to do the water, but when the week is out, you will be lighter and feel GREAT! You will be going to the bathroom several times the first few days.

It’s the totally FREE detox method that works. If you want to try it, use a 500mL bottle of water. You will drink this down and refill it TWICE (so you will drink 2 and a half bottles) following the directions below. You only need to do this for a week!

Water is an essential requirement for the existence of the nature and its living beings, plants, etc. Similarly water plays a vital role in curing several diseases. The system of curing ailments by water is called Water Therapy or Hydrotherapy.

hydrotherapyBoth acute and chronic diseases can be cured by as simple a method as by drinking water in a systematic calculated process. “Water Therapy” an article published by Japan’s Sickness Association contains material as to how the system has to be followed for quick results:

The following diseases have been studied in association with hydrotherapy and found to be cured in part or wholly by the therapy: Head ache, Hypertension, Anemia, Rheumatism, General paralysis, Obesity, Arthritis, Sinusitis, Tachycardia Anesthesia, Cough, Asthma, Bronchitis, Pulmonary Tuberculosis., Meningitis, Gastritis, Dysentery, Rectal prolapse constipation, Hemorrhoids, Diabetes, Hyper acidity, Hepatic diseases, Urogenital diseases, Eye troubles, Ophthalmic hemorrhage, Ophthalmic, Irregular menstruation, Leucorrhoea, Uterine Cancer, Caner of the mammary glands, Rhinitis Laryngitis.

As Paramahamsa Yogananda analyzed, it is overeating all the 365 days of the year, that originates and complicates diseases. As Sir William Caler has put, it is but small percent of what we eat that nourishes as the balance goes to waste and loss of energy.

The Science Behind Hydrotherapy

Ordinarily drinking water by the right method of consumption not only purifies your system but renders the colon more effective in forming new fresh blood cells, known in medical terms as ‘Haimato Paires’. The mucosae folds of the colon and intestines are activated by this method; the water goes into your colon and washes and cleans the mucosal folds. The theory that new fresh blood is produced by the nutrients of food, by the function of the mucosal folds, was proposed by a Japanese Professor some years back. If is colon is cleared, then the nutrients of the food taken several times in a day will be absorbed by the action of the mucosal folds and new blood cells can be created. New blood is the prime power in curing ailments and restoring health.

 DIRECTIONS

  • EVERY MORNING as soon as you get up from bed, do NOT wash your face or mouth.
  • DRINK 1.26 liters (0.27 US gallon) of water WITHOUT STOPPAGE.
  • DO NOT EAT ANYTHING OR DRINK ANY FOOD OR BEVERAGES FOR 45 MINUTES.
  • DO NOT EAT ANYTHING SUGARY BEFORE YOU GO TO BED IN THE NIGHT, ESPECIALLY FRUIT

During the first one or two days of this therapy, you will likely urinate three times within one hour of the water intake. Over the next three or four days, urination will occur only once after drinking the water.

Food after your first 45 minutes will taste wonderful. The next day you may noticed that your bowels will be freer. While following this therapy, you should not drink water for two hours after a meal.

People sometimes find it hard to drink 1.26 liters (0.27 US gallon) of water. If you feel you cannot take the full amount, take the maximum quantity you can drink without stoppage, walk around for 1 minute, and then drink the remaining quantity of water. Individuals who cannot walk should practice abdominal breathing in a sitting or standing posture and then drink the balance of the water.

This water therapy is simple, inexpensive and miraculous in its effects.
